Answer: You will receive an email each month with an exclusive coupon of $35 that can be used once. You will select the painting on our website and proceed to checkout. At checkout, you will insert your coupon to reduce your total by $35.
2) Q: When are you going to send me the coupon?
Answer: The first coupon (Trial Period) will be automatic (you will receive it right after you subscribe). Then, after you complete each month of the subscription, you will receive an email from Enigma Deals with Subject Line "Here is your $35 coupon for month XYZ"
3) Q: Can I buy a painting that is more than $35 dollars and pay only the difference?
Answer: Yes. If you decide to buy a $45 painting, you will pay only $10 at checkout
4) Q: Can I buy a Custom Painting every month using my Subscription?
Answer: Yes. You can have a Custom Painting every month!
5) Q: How many pictures do you have to choose from?
Answer: We have more than 1,000 paintings for you! And we manufacture new paintings every day! Check our entire collection here.
6) Q: Can I buy 2 paintings of $17.50 each?
Answer: Yes, you can use your $35 coupon in any way you want.
7) Q: What happens if I buy a painting that is less than $35? Do I receive the difference next month?
Answer: Unfortunately no. PayPal doesn't have a system that allows us to roll out the remaining balance to next month. We already sent them this feedback. we hope to have this in the future. Therefore, we recommend that you buy something equal or higher than $35.
8) Can I have more than one subscription (one for me and one for someone else in my family, as a gift)?
Answer: Yes. But you will need different PayPal accounts for that. PayPal doesn't have a system that allows us to charge the same account twice.
9) What happens if I miss the 20th of the month deadline? Can I order later?
Answer: Yes. But we will have to create another coupon for you. If you miss the deadline, please contact us at ilovedeals@enigmadeals.com. Also, keep in mind that it will take more time for you to receive your painting in the next month.
10) Do you plan to increase the price of the subscription in the future?
